2. How long does shipping take, and can I track my bike?
Answer: Due to the high-value, heavy-freight nature of electric vehicles, our secure international shipping takes up to 3 weeks (21 business days) to arrive at your address. Once your order passes through our fulfillment network, a valid tracking number will be generated and emailed to you immediately so you can track your shipment’s progress.
3. What happens if my shipment is lost or delayed by the courier?
Answer: As explicitly stated in our Shipping & Liability Policy, all ownership risks transfer entirely to the buyer once the freight carrier accepts the package. Answer: To guarantee maximum protection during international transit, the bike is shipped 90% assembled inside a heavy-duty, secure steel-framed crate. You will only need to complete basic setups such as installing the handlebars, front wheel, footpegs, and charging/inserting the battery. All necessary basic assembly takes under 30 minutes.
