SHIPPING, RETURNS & LIABILITY POLICY

By placing an order and completing your purchase on our store, you explicitly agree to, accept, and are legally bound by the terms, conditions, and policies outlined below. Please read this document carefully before finalizing your transaction.

  1. STRICT NO-REFUND & NO-RETURN POLICY

1.1 Final Sale Declaration
All sales initiated and completed through our platform are considered final. Due to the high-value, specialized nature, and custom aesthetics of the Surron Light Bee X units, custom wraps, and associated performance components, we enforce a strict No-Refund and No-Return Policy.
Once an order is processed through our payment gateways, it cannot be canceled, amended, refunded, or reversed under any circumstances. We do not offer buyer’s remorse returns, exchanges, or store credits.

1.2 Limitation of Cancellation Right
Once your payment is secured, our global supply chain and logistics network immediately allocate funds toward the preparation, custom configurations, and securing of your specific vehicle or parts. Therefore, requests for order cancellations post-payment will be automatically rejected. Please ensure all your specifications, selections, and shipping details are entirely accurate before submitting your order.


2. SHIPPING TIMELINES & LOGISTICS

2.1 Estimated Delivery Windows
We operate a highly secure, global freight routing system to deliver your merchandise directly to your international address. The standard delivery window for our premium vehicles and custom configurations is up to 3 weeks (21 business days) from the date of official shipment dispatch.

2.2 Delays Beyond Our Control
While we make every logistical effort to ensure your package arrives within the stated 3-week timeframe, this window is a calculated estimate and not a legal guarantee. Delivery timelines may be subject to unexpected extensions due to:
 International customs clearances and regulatory inspections.
 Global supply chain interruptions or freight carrier backlogs.
 Adverse weather events, labor strikes, or localized port disruptions.
We shall not be held liable, financially or otherwise, for any direct or indirect damages, inconveniences, or frustrations resulting from operational shipping delays enforced by third-party carriers.


3. LOST, MISROUTED, OR MISPLACED SHIPMENTS LIABILITY WAIVER

3.1 Transfer of Risk and Ownership
The moment your package—including but not limited to the Surron Light Bee X unit—is handed over to our designated third-party freight carriers (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or international sea/air freight liners), the legal ownership and all associated risks of the physical property are officially transferred entirely to the buyer.

3.2 Lost in Transit Disclaimer
In the unfortunate and rare event that a shipment is deemed lost in transit, vanishes, or is misplaced by the courier network, you will not be entitled to, nor will you receive, a financial refund, account credit, or a replacement unit from our company.
Our operational liability ends the moment a valid tracking number is generated and the physical goods leave our fulfillment facilities. Any logistics failures thereafter are strictly matters between the buyer and the freight carrier.

3.3 Misrouted or Misdelivered Packages
If a carrier experiences logistical confusion, misinterprets the routing data, or mistakenly delivers the package to an incorrect sorting hub, facility, or unintended address, our zero-liability stance remains absolute.
 We will not issue refunds for carrier errors, misdelivery, or structural routing blunders.
 We will assist the customer by providing all necessary documentation and proof-of-shipment required to help you file a formal investigation or claim directly with the shipping company, but we will not absorb any financial losses resulting from their mistakes.


4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES & ADDRESS ACCURACY

4.1 Accurate Data Entry
The buyer holds sole responsibility for providing an entirely accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping address at the moment of checkout. This includes precise street names, building numbers, apartment/suite designations, postal codes, and valid phone numbers for courier contact.

4.2 Failed Delivery Due to Customer Error
If a package cannot be delivered, is delayed, or is permanently lost because the buyer provided incorrect or incomplete address details, the buyer assumes 100% of the financial consequences. We will not offer refunds, reshipments, or compensation for packages lost or misdelivered due to typographical mistakes made during checkout.


5. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
All custom builds and vehicles are shipped under standard international freight terms. Any additional localized import duties, tariffs, value-added taxes (VAT), or clearing fees imposed by your country’s customs authority are the exclusive financial responsibility of the buyer. Refusal to pay customs fees resulting in a package being abandoned or returned to sender will result in a total forfeit of the purchase price; no refunds will be granted.


6. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF TERMS
By checking the terms and conditions box at checkout and completing your payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Shipping, Returns & Liability Policy. You explicitly waive your right to initiate a credit card chargeback, PayPal dispute, or legal claim against our store regarding shipping delays, lost freight, misrouted packages, or our strict final-sale policy.
